The stone is located at Olnispa homestead museum estate dating back to the 16th century, beautifully situated on the Västerdalarna river.
It was here that Gustav Vasa spent the night before turning back to lead the Swedes against the Danes. In memory of Gustav Vasa visiting Sälen 1520.
