The building has many renovated rooms which are used for many different activities. Originally this building was a factory. Since then it has been used as working-class homes, reading- rooms and storage space for shares certificates.
The building of today is used as a community centre. There are a bakery, and an assembly room designed according to the late 18th centuries. You can also find a cafè and a room for weaving.
