Elles Utemat is run by the passionate outdoor chef Elle Nikishkova. Elle focuses on cooking experiences over an open fire, using local ingredients, and creating exciting meals with influences from various culinary cultures.

She is often seen on TV as TV4's own mushroom expert, where she inspires people to cook more outdoors and learn about various edible mushroom species. At Elle's Outdoor Cooking events, the focus is on different cooking techniques over an open fire, often incorporating ingredients from the woods and fields. Elle also offers courses on foraging and shares knowledge about edible plants found in nature. During mushroom season, guests are invited to join her in the forest to learn about the myriad of edible mushrooms that can be found in the Swedish countryside. Various mushroom species are integrated into the dishes, and exciting mushroom tastings are enjoyed in beautiful settings around crackling fires. Living with and off the land encompasses the popular concept of Bushcraft. This includes learning how to build a fire using natural materials, crafting feather sticks, using knives and axes, and more. All these exciting skills are shared during an Elle's Outdoor Cooking event booking, and guests also have the chance to learn how to brew truly delicious and flavorful coffee over an open fire.
