Fishing licenses and prices
One day card Game fishing – 100 SEK. Applies for game fishing in Kviddtjärn and Fågeltjärn. The card is personal and entitles catching 4 salmonids per day/card.
One year card Sport fishing – 50 SEK, valid one calendar year. Applies for all other lake in the area, i.e. not Kviddtjärn, Fågeltjärn or Storsjön. Entitles catching perch and pike.
Rules and regulations
Nittens fishing-conservation area havs many angling waters with pike and perch. This area also offers game fishing in Kviddtjärn where you can find both rainbow trout and trout.
Wind shelters, tables and benches and barbeque sites can be found throughout the area. At Kviddtjärn is also a place for a few caravans, as well as a handicapped accessible pier. Fishing from a boat is prohibited in Kviddtjärn
Only one rod at a time may be used for the fishing licenses. Authorized gear: fishing rod, fly, spinner and jigging. Fishing from a boat is only allowed in Storsjön. You are allowed to fish from the first Saturday in February until 31st October- Please observe: Fishing in Kviddtjärn is forbidden from 1st of October 2022 due to poor availability of fish.
The holder of the fishing license is responsible for having read the current rules and regulations in the area.
Your printed booking confirmation is a valid fishing license within Nittens FVO, according to the regulations in the area. You need to bring your fishing license while fishing at all times and be prepared to show it to a supervisor or police.
