Ljusbodarna - Sången 7 km

The trail starts at the summer pasture Ljusbodarna and then continues on old cattle paths through a forest landscape that is mostly logged. Afterwards, the trail follows a long and narrow ridge. The trail returns to Ljusbodarna at Lake Sången, where there is both a shelter and a nice sandy beach.

Starting Point: Begin at Ljusbodarnas fäbod, see directions. Length: 7 - 10 km. Trail Marking: Difficulty: Medium. Description: If you want to extend the route by about 3 km and see another fäbod, take a detour from Sångenleden and walk towards Sångbergets fäbodar. From Sångberget, choose the route northward back towards Ljusbodarna. Visit Dalarna is not responsible for the trail or its maintenance.
