Rösjöstugorna, Cabins in Fulufjället National Park

At Rösjöstugorna, visitors who want to stay in the middle of Dalarna's fantastic mountain environment, with plenty of guided adventures to participate in. It is a unique experience both in summer and winter, and the only way to reach Rösjöstugorna is by hiking, snowmobiling, or skiing. The cottages are located in northwestern Dalarna on Fulufjället by the shores of Rörsjön and Harrsjön, up on the mountain with a magical nature. No pollutions, just pure air, clean water, and fantastic fishing. Combined with the simple rustic lifestyle and guided adventures, memories and experiences are created that stand out from many others. The cottages are basic, without running water and heating. Being there takes you back in time, to the simple life where you fetch drinking water from the stream, heat the cottage with the classic stove. When it's time to freshen up, take a dip in the fresh stream or book the popular sauna. All cottages have bunk beds with mattress, duvet, and pillow. Bed linens are also included, except in Harrsjöstugan (bring your own or rent at the reception). There are kitchen utensils for cooking such as dishes, cutlery, etc. The cottages have gas stoves for cooking and wood stoves for heating. Wood and gas are included in the cottage rent. Lighting is available, but no power outlets (only one USB outlet to charge your phone). Harrsjöstugan has lighting but no USB outlet. Classic outdoor toilet in separate buildings are available on the site. The cottages do not have shower facilities. A recommendation is to rent the sauna or take a refreshing dip in the lake. A tip from experienced mountain travelers is to bring wet wipes for personal hygiene. In Lillstugan, there are two 4-bed apartments. The Family Cottage is a standalone cottage with 4 beds. In Mellanstugan 6, there are three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, and in Mellanstugan 5, there are two bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. Harrsjöstugan has 4 beds, and a boat is included here! Dogs are allowed in most cottages, except for the Family Cottage and Harrsjöstugan where dogs are not allowed. There is a range of equipment available for rent, such as fishing rods for both summer and winter, fishing kayaks, rowboats, snowshoes, and cooking equipment. EcoAdventure offers hiking tours for small groups both in summer and winter.
