Siljansleden Brunnvasselbodarna - Tammeråsen 10 km

Start and end location: Brunnvasselbodarna to Tammeråsen. See link for trail map. Length: 10 km. Trail marking: Yes, aluminum signs with Siljansleden markings. Duration: Approximately 3 hours. Difficulty: Easy terrain with well-trodden paths, flat. Environment: Pine forest with forest trails. Facilities: Overnight cabin at Ickån, between Brunnvasselbodarna and Tammeråsen, with outhouse available. Public transport: Available to Tammeråsen but not to Brunnvasselbodarna. See Dalatrafiken. After Brunnvasselbodarna, the trail splits and Dalkarlsvägen and Siljansleden run parallel for two kilometers, then merge again. Tammeråsen is located high and secluded in a southern position.
