The rooms are located in the old merchant's residence, a two-story villa from the middle of the 18th century. There are six individually furnished rooms that share three shower rooms with WC in the corridor. In addition, all guest rooms have their own sink and mirror in the room. On the ground floor is the dining room and lounge. The entrance has a ramp and all thresholds on the ground floor are bevelled. The bathroom on the ground floor is a HWC.

One of the double rooms is on the ground floor with windows in two directions. Here one sleeps royally in the comfortable double bed and is close to the dining room and lounge. This room is adapted for easier accessibility with a low threshold and plenty of space on both sides of the double bed. The second double room is upstairs. The magnificent double bed in 18th century style and the hand-printed 18th century wallpaper provide a historic setting. The view is nice over the manor and the Hedströmmen's constantly rushing water.
