The rooms are located in the old merchant's residence, a two-story villa from the middle of the 18th century. There are six individually furnished rooms that share three shower rooms with WC in the corridor. In addition, all guest rooms have their own sink and mirror in the room. On the ground floor is the dining room and lounge. The entrance has a ramp and all thresholds on the ground floor are bevelled. The bathroom on the ground floor is a HWC.

The single rooms are located upstairs with windows facing the manor and Hedströmmen. One sleeps comfortably here and several rooms have a desk and an armchair for comfortable reading or writing work in their own corner. All bedrooms have a wash basin in the room. The hand-printed wallpapers in 19th-century patterns and the antique furniture give the rooms a warm and soft historical setting.
